You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
You will not impersonate others or provide false information

Prohibited Content Includes:

• Copyrighted material without permission

• Violent, graphic, or disturbing content
• Spam, malware, or malicious code
• False or misleading information
• Content promoting illegal activities

4. Intellectual Property Rights

NO LIABILITY FOR USER CONTENT: WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR USER-GENERATED CONTENT. USERS ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THEIR CONTENT.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the last 12 months
We are not responsible for any loss of data, profits, or business interruption
We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free

6. Indemnification

User Indemnification Clause:

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Countdown, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or your User Content.

7. Content Monitoring and Removal

While we have no obligation to monitor User Content, we reserve the right to:

Remove or modify any User Content at our sole discretion
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
Cooperate with law enforcement when required
Implement automated content filtering systems

8. Payment Terms

Pro subscriptions are billed as a one-time payment of $9.99. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Sales are final and non-refundable except as required by law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Third-Party Services

Our Service may integrate with third-party services (Google Analytics, Stripe, etc.). Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.
